We supported Prose’s brand extension into building a platform where they can create a genuine connection with their customers.

Overview

In today’s media landscape, your customers’ experiences correlates to the value of your brand. Prose Hair acknowledged that delivering a quality experience begins the moment someone is aware of your existence and follows through even after they use their service. There is a premium on customer retention, and Prose decided to collaborate with Studio Simpatico to extend their brand.

APPROACH

A branded blog was the platform which Prose chose to meet and build their community of supporters. They sought us out to craft the medium they would utilize to consistent interact with their growing community and build brand loyalty. My main focus was to translate their established visual language and transfer it into their emerging blog for storytelling purposes.

After the client kickoff and discovery meeting with their product manager and content strategist, we were able to determine Prose wanted to house their latest thoughts somewhere that encourages readers to explore and captures their high end fashion appeal. The design files we delivered would provide Prose the opportunity to elevate their business and engage customers organically.
